Come up with Mitigation plans as needed - Recognize broader relationships between the solution and customer needs, iron out dependencies and deliver code that produces value - Designs and implement proof of concept as needed for solutions as an individual contributor - Expand software engineering knowledge beyond what is needed to complete the work.
