Good communication skills & ability to work in a remote team on Microsoft application development C# (.Net Core) and ASP.NET Core (Web API). Azure services & functionality - ADF (for ETL), APIM, Azure Functions (Durable Functions), Storage (Blob, Table). Understanding of data denormalization and normalization process. Ability to represent data stored in DB in form of JSON documents and vice versa (including how to rationalize one-to-many and many-to-one and many-to-many relationships). Data profiling (how to make sense of the existing data in the system). REST APIs - design/development/testing/security. Understanding of OAuth2 authorization. Prior healthcare/claims experience required. Experience debugging Stored Procedures, UDFs, and Triggers (Oracle PL-SQL or Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL).
