Well here I am plodding my way through a migration from Ex5.5 on Win 2k and moving to Ex2003 on Win2k on a different server (and sp4 for all). I ran the /forestprep and /domainprep and set up the ADC...BUT...After running the ADC my event log showed MANY 8270 and 8213 errors
8270="LDAP returned the error [32] Insufficient Rights when importing the transaction" 8213="Could not import the entry 'cn=user1,cn=Recipients,ou=MYDOMAIN,o=MY SITE NAME' into the directory server" When I make changes to a recipient in Exchange 5.5 Administrator (changing an email address for example) the change does show up in the users object in Active Directory. And vice/versa... I have NOT done any more of my install at this point meaning I ONLY ran the 2 "preps" and set up the ADC. Is anyone familiar with this problem or does anyone know where to find a solution? PS:I went through the MS KB and article 328675 XADM and that doesn't seem to be the problem as this error is logged for EVERY user and the "Allow Inheritable permissions..." box IS checked.
