Interface and configuring are radically different on 6. 6 has content scanning, the ability to add a spamkiller addon module, if using ePO only 3.0 is supported on 6. I use both in different environments, I prefer 6 due to the enhanced features. I have not had problems with 6 on E2000 or E2003, or 5.2.1 on E2000. Its mainly been a feature thing for me.
