It appears you have both a corrupt database and a hardware issue. -1018 errors are almost always traceable to a corruption cause by hardware issues. Verify your drivers for raid/scsi controllers are all up to date and that the memory and disk subsystems are operating normally.
To restore from this problem, you'd likely be best served working with PSS IMO. If you have the enterprise version of Exchange or another Exchange server, you'll want to move your users to another database, as the one you have is corrupt and unless you have all of the transaction logs + a copy of a good backup of the database, restoring is going to be an issue.
