Chris, We went with MailMarshal SMTP at our gateway. Only does external bound SMTP mail for the disclaimer, but there is a companion product that does internal Exchange mail.
MM is a content filter, and we are pleased with the added features we got when we made this decision for HIPAA the regs disclaimer.
