You can't find them because the don't exist, or rather many of them exist. Let me explain:
In NT4, there is no native SNMP support, but rather a DLL called perfmib.dll that gets called when SNMP requests are received, and it uses a file called MIB.BIN to cross reference SNMP OIDS to performance monitor values. YOU had the responsibility of building MIB.BIN (and perfmib.ini) via a resource kit tool called perftomib. You have to supply which perfmon counters and OID values to use. This whole process was a real PITA. In windows 2000, some native SNMP support was incorporated, but support for perfmib.dll went away (although it can apparently be made to work).
