Did you set up NTFS permissions too strictly on the ExchWeb directory?
Everyone should have read access there.

Subject: OWA Password issues

Hello Everyone,

I'm running Windows 2000 SP4 with Exchange 2000 SP3 and yesterday OWA
started doing some weird things while you are trying to log in.

When someone tries to log into OWA they put their user information in and it
starts to load up the folders page and it asks for the password again. No
matter what you put in there the box just keeps on coming back up. If you
hit cancel on the second login window it allows you into your mailbox and
everything is okay.

Has anyone seen this problem? Just to add another twist to the problem. My
account is the only one I have been able to find that doesn't have this
weird problem. Even the administrator account has this problem.

Thanks,

Greg Householder
