No. In fact, you should probably get rid of your other connection agreement. ADC is ONLY used to communicate between 5.5 and Active Directory. It really has nothing at all to do with Exchange 2000 or Exchange 2003. You also ought to check and see if you have an SRS out there somewhere and get rid of it. If you don't have any more 5.5 boxen, and don't ever plan on having any, why not go Exchange native mode?
