Im thinkin you apply SP4. If you do, be sure to have good backups beforehand and, after you apply the SP, re-run the Perf Optimizer and take another good, full, online backup.

Ok, i'm prepared to be slapped. As the edb.log file was deleted and there was no way to recover it, i could not mount the stores. I ran isinteg -patch ( i moved all the log files out to a backup directory first) this brought the stores back online and mail was working again. However, i still had a problem with the IMC, and after some searching i deleted queue.dat (moved it) file from the IMC folder, external mail started flowing again. Today i have just had some errors appearing in the event log: 4117 (MSexchangeIMC) 12007 (MSexchangeIS) 12006 (MSexchangeIS) After looking on eventid.net i can see there are bad messages, which i guess is the cause of the problem. I guess the next step would be to run Eseutil on the stores to check integrity. > > > -----Original Message----- > From: David Lloyd [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Monday, February 09, 2004 12:15 PM > To: Exchange Discussions > Subject: Store.exe giving problems > > Hi all, > The other day my edb.log file was deleted.
