On that note, it's always a good idea to have your internal SMTP server's address listed as an MX for your domain (put it to the highest), since some sites will look at the received headers to determine if the mail originated from a valid MX for that domain as an anti-spam tactic. It's not that common, but it doesn't hurt to do it.
