Greetings,
I just introduced Exchange 2003 to our domain and when a user tries to send
an email to a public folder they get the following reply. I am currently
replicating the public folders, will this solve this issue? If not, has
anyone else encountered it.

My site is simple, 1 Exchange 5.5 SP3 and 1 Exchange 2003. I completed all
3 setup phases including the ADC and verified all.
