Subject: RE: Does a message arrive or not - solved.

It turned out this 6 meg attachment was really 8 megs, so a higher limit
did let it through. I'm considering changing the global setting...people
do seem to love their freakin' huge powerpoint files.

Thanks,

David

Is the outside user permitted to send a file that big through his own
gateway?

Subject: Does a message arrive or not?

I'm having a disagreement with an outside user who is trying to send a 6MB
powerpoint attachment to one of my users. System limits are currently set
at 9MB for incoming, but my own account is set at 20MB, and the message
never seems to arrive. How can I check to verify whether the message even
hits my system or not? -- the outside user claims to not be receiving any
bounce messages from my system. I'm on Exch2K3, Win2K3 AD.

Thanks,

David
