Are you guys SURE that the actual message is blank and not something
like white text on white background (html mail) that is getting
converted to text format by the outlook client? In OWA, what happens if
you try and highlight the contents of the window? I only ask because
I've seen this get reported quite a bit in the last several weeks.
Haven't seen it here, but I've seen it elsewhere.

I too in the past week have seen 3-5 messages like this, everything is
blank. I am running E2k3 w/OL2000 in a terminal server 2000
environment. I have been just deleting them, but I may have to look
further.

Look at your security settings in IE may well be configured to block
activex or something?.
Turn your security settings to minimum and see if it works then

(sorry if this gets posted twice, I tried posting from the web page and
never saw my posting...)

I have a newly installed SBS 2003 server. The server is sitting behind a
firewall that's using NAT to route port 80 and 443 traffic to the SBS
2003 server. OWA works fine in basic client mode, but when I go to
premium client mode and open an email, I get a window with the toolbar,
all of the message header info - to, from, attachments and subject,
then a blank area where the message body should be. I thought it might
be a HTML issue, like white on white text, but highlighting the area or
replying to the message doesn't show any text.

If I log on from the server or from a client inside the network, I see
message bodies displayed normally.

All of the clients are running IE6 SP1 on a mixture of 2000 and XP Pro.

Has anyone seen behavior like this before?
