Just an FYI on Outlook 2003

I did a small upgrade to power users for testing before a rollout.
We've run into several problems. Check to make sure your anti-virus is
compatible, they say they are but both Symantec and Panda have issues
with Outlook 2003. Also our fax server software stops working in 2003
for no know reason (Fix coming out end of March I'm not holding my
breath), until you recreate your profile. We've also run into other
little issues with our TSP and VMO software and Outlook 2003. Outlook
2003 is great unfortunately all the products that touch it are still
catching up. Be ready for support calls.

I wouldn't be inclined to make changes at the same time, purely and
simply because it makes any bug tracking more difficult. When the users
start calling on Monday morning, you've got be asking yourself has this
problem arisen because of the client change or the server change. It's
far easier to change one, dela with any support that raises, then change
the other.
