My setup is [exch 5.5 mailbox] to [exchange smtp] to [firewall pix] to [win2k3 IIS6] to [internet]. I wonder if there is a setup issue on the IIS6 box. I have a default server setup and remote domains set to forward to smart host with the name of my exchange smtp box listed and allow email to be relayed to remote host. Pretty straight forward, rest is default setting.
