I am using O2003 with exch5.5 and NOT using cached mode and I'm having a different GAL problem. My problem is that when Outlook 2003 is first launched, the address book works correctly, but after running a while, I only see the "offline" address book. Our offline address list is just our global list all in one big blob (over 100,000 addresses). When working correctly, we have our little division as a separate container and the parent company in it's own separate containers. To fix the problem, I just quit and restart Outlook 2003 and it's good again for a few hours.
