I had an old version of Trend Micro that did that. Upgrading it fixed it.

I would still disable the AV regardless and test to see if that makes a
difference.

Hello all,
Exch 5.5 sp4/Win2k sp3. We've noticed that periodically throughout the day
people are unable to open attachments in their mailbox. When I go to the
server, there's a popup that reads: store.exe - no disk: there is no disk in
the drive. Please insert a disk into drive A. Once you cancel out,
everything works fine, lots of free disk space and anti-virus isn't touching
exchange dirs. Anyone see anything like this before?? Thanks for any help.
