Most likely. That's about as concrete an answer as you will get. Of
course, I'd test it in a lab first, but typically upgrading Win2000 to
Win2003 is not too horrible. Your 2000 server isn't a DC, is it?

Subject: Upgrading windows

I have Ex2003 installed on a Windows 2000 server. I want to install LCS
2003, but it requires Windows 2003. Can I do an in-place upgrade of
Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 without causing problems with Exchange?

Thanks,
Erick
