No there's not! It really upsets me that that was a feature we lost going to Exchange 2000 from 5.5. We used to have a really nice email retention policy set up for students based on unread messages older than a certain # of days, but we had to let the whole policy fall by the way-side when we got the "improved" version of EX2K's mailbox manager.
I don't normally rag on Exchange as I'm a huge fan, and have been since BETA 4, but this loss of functionality has always bugged me.
