According to TrendMicro TAM, they don't put the latest ScanEngine on their 
ActiveUpdate site for a while until everyone has time to test it.  It could be weeks 
before they put the 7.0 on their ActiveUpdate server.  If you want to update it to 
7.0, you have to manually download it update it individually on your servers.

Anyone having a problem not being able to dowload the latest ScanEngine
from Trend?  It keeps coming back telling me that everything is at the
lastest and greatest.  But right on Trend's site it says 7.000 and mine
is set at 6.860
