Hi all, I am running exchange 2003 migrated from 5.5. A handful of users cant access OWA. From some research it looks like those that cant don't have the recipient policy applied correctly.
I have 2 policies, default and one that was migrated from 5.5 (which has highest priority) The users with OWA issues don't have all the email addresses that the highest priority policy should have given it. I have 2 2003 AD sites with an EX2003 server in each. I am hesitant to reapply the policy as users have different primary addresses depending on which site they are in. Is there a way to apply the policy to one recipient to test?
