I have noticed a bug when trying to view HTML based email through Outlook & OWA when Symantec Mail Security service is running. This seems to only affect mailboxes that have messages that have been imported from pre-E2k3. Anyways, this bug seems to affect other AV solutions as well when running with E2k3. Here is a link to the Symantec KB: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-gate.nsf/eb4f48490d6380ea88256d 1e0000dafc/3c4153d93a80b2c388256e00005fcaa4?OpenDocument&prod=Symantec%2 0Mail%20Security&ver=4.0%20for%20Microsoft%20Exchange&pcode=sym_mail_sec urity&src=ent&miniver=sym_mail_security_4_msexchange&tpre=&prev=&dtype=c orp I have been in communication with Symantec tech support regarding this issue and according to them, it's a MS bug and will be addressed with E2k3 SP1. Symantec would not provide me with a bug # or case # that Microsoft asigned to the problem. I mention this because I am also in communication with a beta tester for SP1. He has no info regarding this bug as I cannot supply him with any bug/case # info. If anyone has any further info about this matter, please let me know so I can inform others who have emailed me since I posted this message on the MS newgroups back last year. Thank you.
