This may help, http://support.microsoft.com/?id=320071.

It shouldn't be too hard to write a script to provide this information,
I actually wrote one, but now I can't find it :-(

Subject: Reporting Tools for mailbox management

We are running exchange 2000 and looking for some reporting tools that
will assist in finding the sizes of all folders in a users mailbox on a
per server level. Anyone know of any tools that will do that? Prefer
freeware, but, if ya got to pay, you got to pay.
