Also I know there is a situation with OWA when one can't reply to a message
if there is a double-NAT. For example if you daisy chain a DSL modem/router,
your own router, and your PC. When you click reply, the reply window comes
up. But when you click Send nothing happens.

Maybe the ZoneAlarm is creating a similar situation. Not a double-NAT, but
whatever happens during a double-NAT.

Subject: OWA doesn't work properly with Zone Alarm

We are having problems with OWA users who cannot reply to email messages
when they have a personal firewall especially Zonealarm on their home PC.
They always have open port 80 outbound, so what else is required? Taking
the personal firewall off solves the problem, but obviously, we don't want
to do this.

thanks
