Also I know there is a situation with OWA when one can't reply to a message if there is a double-NAT. For example if you daisy chain a DSL modem/router, your own router, and your PC. When you click reply, the reply window comes up. But when you click Send nothing happens.
Maybe the ZoneAlarm is creating a similar situation.
