Yeah, same here.

We have exch2003 though, not sure about 5.5 support.
Certainly, having spam moved to users inbox\spam has been popular.

I provide a ham and a spam mailbox which users can forward email to be
reclassified.
Within the first week there were approx. 100 wrongly classified
messages, but after that, probably 1 or 2 a week.

To give some sort of scale, we have only 125 users and process only
about 1000/500 (in/out) messages a day.
In March about 22% of all mail processes was spam/virus (10%/12%).

GFI have pretty active support forums, which I personally like to see
when I evaluate products.

There are some niggling issues, but I'm fairly confident these will be
addresses in future builds.
