I have inherited seperate 5.5 and 2003 Exchange orgs sharing the same SMTP
domain name. SMTP routes into the 5.5 org which forwards it on to the 2003
org as the 2003 custom recipients are defined by their X.400 address.

At the moment directories are synchronised manually which is rather
painful. I would like to use the ADC but that creates the custom
recipients in 5.5 as SMTP recipients but with the same domain suffix that
the 5.5 org thinks that it is responsible for, so it gets very confused
trying to deliver messages to the 2003 users.

If the ADC can be configured to create contacts and custom recipients as
X.400 users then that would solve my problem. Anyone know if this is
possible?
