Francisco, You have an Exchange server, correct? But you do not want the server to receive mail directly because of infrastructure issues.
If your ISP will not queue messages at their mailhost, to be pulled down with ETRN*, perhaps you can hire an outside firm to do mail queueing - many US companies will do this but I suspect Brasilian ones will do it as well.
