  Please clarify what the "primary" and "secondary" domains are, and how
your servers are configured with respect to those domains.

  Specifically, what domain(s) are the Exchange and Sendmail servers
configured to accept mail for?  In Sendmail, this is controlled by the "w"
class (which might be loaded from a "sendmail.cw" or "local-host-names"
file).  In Exchange, this is determined by the SMTP address(es) associated
with Exchange recipients.

  Also, what, exactly, does your Sendmail virtual user table rule look like?
