Yeah I remember some 1018 discussions on this list, (and they weren't very encouraging) but going back over the ones in my mailbox, I was hoping not to have to mount a database, or move mailboxes....heh... wishful thinking...? The KB article says to run chkdsk to determine the cause of the corruption, I don't know if we've done this yet, trying to find out. Will this prove to be helpful?
