I can't imagine that the initial policy wouldn't drive the cost of
discovery up to an insane level, but hey... it's policy. KVS or another
archival tool (heck, even journaling w/o the printing) would be cheaper.

The only thing I can think of would be enabling Journaling, have a rule
in
the Journal Mailbox to print the emails and then delete the mail.
Environmentally I don't think that ELF would like to see so many trees
being
cut down for something like this.  I strongly suggest to let them look
at
some decent archiving software like KVS.
