<cough> Check with the legality of that before you install a keyboard logger. You may need to banner that your logging keystrokes and/or have a written policy that your company will be logging keystrokes.

You don't necessarily need software. Just slap a keystroke logger in between the keyboard and the ps/2 keyboard port. Small piece of hardware. And I've posted to the two most knowledgeable lists I use, so I am sure there will be suggestions. I have been asked by our CEO to "monitor" a specific staff member's activity at various times during the day. By monitor, he means (basically) look at the user's screen while they are working, and alert him of inappropriate activity (they have suspicions, but want proof). The user is not to be aware of this monitoring. Any suggestions for software? The machines I need to monitor are a WinXP and a Win2K3 machine. I have it in writing from the CEO.
