Yes, but it is controlled "Organization Wide" in Exchange 2k/2k3.  Open ESM,
expand Global Settings, Internet Mail Format and right click "Default" or
whatever format is yours.  Choose Properties then go to the advanced tab,
uncheck whatever you don't want going to the Internet.

It can also be done in 5.5, but I don't recall the specific steps.

Is there a way to disable the read/delivery receipts that go out to the
Internet emails.  We would like to disable the receipts from going out to
people on the outside but not the inside.  Is this possible to do at the
