Question: On Exchange 2003, I want to configure it to use a different virtual server when email is being sent to a specific domain.
I have done the following: Assigned the network card on the server two IP addresses. The first IP address is assigned to the first virtual server. The second IP address is assigned to the second virtual server. I have created an SMTP virtual server that uses the second IP address. I have also created an SMTP connector that lists the second SMTP Server as the Virtual server and assigned the address space of the domain to this connector. However, I can't seem to get Exchange to send through this second SMTP server for this domain. Am I doing something wrong?
