I've seen posted on these forums the last couple of days where some of you have win2k sp4 and exchange 5.5 running. I was told by PSS when I had to rebuild my server that exchange 5.5 has some problems when running with sp4. Did you all do anything special to get this to run or just update your server thru the Microsoft's SUS Service?
