In the IMS, disable Automatic Replies to the Internet.
Restart IMS.
Problem solved.

Subject: Restricting Outlook rules

EX5.5 SP4 on Windows 2000 Server SP4

I have received a mandate from my corp. HQ that says we need to
restrict/prohibit automatic replys within our corporation. What they are
afraid of is someone creating a Outlook rule that automatically forwards all
received e-mails to a home account, such that the e-mails would be sent back
out over the internet in the clear. Is there anyway to restrict that
without turning off Outlook rules altogether?

TIA!

Eric Fretz
