I have never been a fan of the blocked senders list. How many times do you get SPAM from the same address? Twice? Maybe. As for domains, what are you going to do? Block AOL and Hotmail? Besides, managing blocked senders probably takes more time than deleting the SPAM manually. For $20 you can get IHateSpam desktop edition at Amazon and stop doing all the work manually. For $0 you can use "SpamBayes." Works well for us.
