OK, so now I have disable all nics except for the one SMTP is set to
use.
Still I can nslookup ok, but not 'telnet <host> 25'.

I have checked and double checked the routers and firewalls.

out
permit tcp any host x.x.x.x eq smtp
In
permit tcp host x.x.x.x eq smtp any

Maybe there is something upstream.
