That doesn't appear to be our problem: 1. We are seeing this with Outlook 2002, not Outlook 2003. 2. The referenced MS KB article, 824960, pertains to applications hanging. 3. If I understand 824960 correctly, it is fixed in the fall rollup, which we already have applied.
