I have been biting my lip on this one, but I cant hold it anymore so here goes:
There is nothing wrong with arcserv. I am currently using version 9 about to upgrade to 11. I have successfully restored exchange databases and documents without any issues. It all comes down to 3 things: 1. RTFM 2. Correct configuration 3. use the support contract you paid for Once it is up and running you will have practically no issues with it, but of course everyone has a different experience.
