Odd. It wants this hotfix to be applied first...

Which requires a reboot (but doesn't ask for it) then you can apply the
update. 
I would have thought they would have included it with the Service Pack.

(Yes I am having a quiet afternoon so thought I would put it on my test
system along with the Spam Filter which they also released today).
