Re-install Exchange onto the new hardware with the disasterrecovery switch. Once Exchange is installed, restore the db's. I've had to do this before, twice actually. Only problem I ran into was the db's would fail to restore properly unless I restored one storage group at a time. YMMV.

I've learned that NetBackup does not support a restore of Exchange to different hardware. Does anyone out there have a tested procedure for restoring a production Exch 2000 server to different box when a valid domain controller is available?
