Thanks, I knew I need the Admin Tools, just couldn't figure out what I needed to get the System Admin setup.

Exchange 5.5, or 2000? 5.5 - you can run setup and choose a custom setup and choose the 5.5 admin only. Exchange 2000 ESM requires the Windows 2000 Admin tools to be installed, then you can run Exchange setup and choose a Custom setup and choose only the Administration tools. Don't forget to install the same Exchange service pack as you have on your server afterwards.
