Try restarting the store, or maybe closing up Outlook and re-opening
etc,etc...

No ADC here. Single server that was installed about a month ago.

The two people having the problem have profiles created today.

I've determined that those two CAN open existing items in the other
mailboxes and reply to them (as the other user) without issue. It appears
that it's only in creating new emails as those users that cause them to
bounce.
