I'm not sure if this is an Exchange problem or an Outlook problem, but we have difficulties "Recalling" messages.
Say user A has inadvertently sent a message to a list instead of user B. User A uses Outlook's recall feature to recall the message, but it doesn't actually recall it until each of the original recipients open the "Recall" message. I (and many others) sort my messages with oldest first so therefore I've already read the original message (and usually deleted it) before the recall message gets to the top of my list causing the Recall to fail. Is there anyway to allow "Recalls" from organizational users to be processed directly by the server or at least as soon as the users open their inbox instead of only when the "Recall" message is read? Thanks! ________________________________ Bob Reasoner _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/cgi-bin/lyris.pl?enter=exchange&text_mode=&lang=english To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
