I am running outlook 2003 on my PC (most everyone else is on outlook 2000) against an exchange 5.5 sp4 server (not in cached mode) with norton antivirus for exchange 2.18. The problem I am seeing is that after outlook 2003 is running for a while (few hours?) the view I get of the global address book changes from the full view from the server (showing separate containers for mailboxes, DL's and parent company addresses) to a single (offline mode?) view with everything blobbed together. The fix is just to quit outlook and relaunch it. I have not yet needed any of the exchange 5.5 patches for outlook 2003 except the CDO one (OWA crashing). Has anyone seen this problem? Should I just apply the other "store" patches for ex55?
