Here is an (anonymized) excerpt from my Message Tracking Center for a
particular message a user complained about (some lines may wrap):

7/20/2004 4:21 PM   SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
7/20/2004 4:21 PM   SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queue
7/20/2004 4:21 PM   SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
7/20/2004 5:18 PM   SMTP: Message Delivered Locally to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
7/20/2004 5:18 PM   SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to
Store to [EMAIL PROTECTED] 

I've tracked several other messages received in the same minute (4:21pm)
and
none of them show the same one hour delay.  Can anybody point me to some
info on why it took so long for this message to be deliverd to the
user's
mailbox?
