You can create your own custom fields and define views that would use those
fields. Maybe a little scripting would be required too that would stamp the
custom field with the name of the first person who opened the message.

Is there a way to tell what user was the first to open an email in a
situation where an outlook folder is shared with 6 other people? I don't
believe this is possible but I figured I will ask people that has more
experience than I do.
