That sounds like a pointless exercise, but I'm going to assume you have your reasons.
You could start searching around on the net, and you'd find sites like: www.outlookexchange.com www.outlookcode.com which would assist you on the programming side of things. Outlook forms use VBScript, so you should be right there.
