What�s a good way to easily make and attach notes/history/tasks in Outlook 2003 using public folders with SBS 2003/Exchange.� I�m looking for something that the other 4 folks in the office can open/edit in a collaborative way.� Business Contact Manager only does this solo, not allowing others to view/add to/modify the history/notes.� I don�t want to have to upgrade to something else if there�s an easy way to put a history/note in each customer�s public folder for all to see/modify.� Thanks! � Doug Simms DNS Computer Services www.dnscs.com 334.318.1965 �
